Shipping and Returns
At The Bling King we have incredibly fast shipping and our customers are often amazed at how fast they receive their items! That is because, unlike our competitors, we stock nearly all the items we sell and ship them almost immediately.
Most packages will be shipped the day after receipt of payment. During the holiday season we will ship most packages the same day as payment is made, in order to expedite delivery. Packages ship via USPS (US Postal) or UPS. All packages have a tracking number and you will receive this number via email. Most packages over $200 will require a signature so please plan accordingly. All packages are professionally packed and fully insured.
We do ship internationally through USPS (The United States Postal Service) Small items will ship USPS First Class International and larger items ship USPS Priority International. Please understand that different countries charge different tax duties and customs fees. We have nothing to do with these charges and no control over them, but we do try and mark the value of your package as low as possible to help lower these customs fees.
If a particular product does not show a shipping cost for your country then we do not offer shipping on this item to your country. You must create an account and be logged in to see the shipping costs for your address. Please contact us with any questions regarding International shipping using our CONTACT US page.
We make returns as easy and simple as possible. We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy. At The Bling King we understand that sometimes customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We will give a full refund minus our original shipping costs on returned items. Items being returned must be in original condition and not altered or damaged in any way. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used. We can also do exchanges or give store credit if desired.
To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) You must have this number and either write it on the outside of the returned package or include it on paper inside the package. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not charge any restocking fees! But we will have to keep our original shipping costs when refunding you. If however there is a problem that we are responsible for, we will pay for the shipping and may also issue a return label to you to cover the return shipping cost.

If you have received a defective or damaged item please contact us. We will need pictures of the damage in order to do a claim and replace the merchandise. If you have any other questions or concerns, just call or email us and we will get it handled!
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation through our CONTACT form or call us at 1-866-482-8423.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone) after and order has been paid for and shipped, we will not be able to refund the order until we receive the item back to us in original condition. In this situation we will also be keeping our cost of shipping the item out to you. If the item has not actually been picked up by the shipping company we will be able to cancel the shipping label and refund you in full.
We honor all manufacturers original warranties. Most of our products state warranty details within the item description. If this information is not shown please contact us for details. If you do experience a warranty issue we will require proof of the problem with pictures emailed to us. This will help us expedite the warranty and will usually stop the requirement of shipping the item back for inspection. The product in question must be kept for possible inspection until warranty issue is completed.
We will not refund any labor charges or any installation fees you may incur. We also do not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product purchased from The Bling King.
