Q?What is the difference between an insert and a replacement grille?

A.

Insert grilles are molded to fit right on top of your existing grille. They have special clips on the back of them and sometimes 3M double sided tape as well. To install you just line them up to where they go, and push them into your original grille until you hear them “click” into place. They are very easy to install and require no special skills.

The full replacement grille is a little more complicated, but usually not too hard for the average person to install. A replacement grille completely replaces the original grille in your car. They have the same mounting points that the OEM grille has, so it fits right into your car like the original grille did. They often use the same screws for the original grille as well.

Q?What is your return policy? I bought the wrong item for my car and need to return it.

A.

We accept items back for up to 30 days after purchase. You can ship it back to us and we can exchange it for you, or give you a full refund minus the cost of our original shipping. We do not charge restocking fees!

Q?Are your chrome accessories hard to install? Can anyone do it?

A.

Most of our items are very easy to install, and include installation instructions. Many are so simple they have no instructions at all. There are two main things to know: One that you have the area of your car where the chrome is going very clean, you can use a rubbing alcohol/water solution with a rag to remove unseen grease.Secondly you need to make sure that you pre fit items to see where they will go and how they fit your vehicle. Don’t peel the 3M tape backing off of the chrome trim before testing fitment first.If you have questions about installation feel free to give us a call 1-866-482-8423. Q?How fast do you ship and do you provide tracking?

We ship items same day or next day after payment is made in most cases. A small amount of our products are custom made to order and may take more time, you will see this information in the items description and we will keep you updated on the progress. Our smaller items ship USPS Priority mail which makes it across the country in 1-3 days, depending on where you are located. Larger items are shipped UPS ground and can take from 1-6 days depending on your location. Either way, when you order from The Bling King you get your chrome items very fast! Tracking will be sent to you via email and you can always log into our site and check the status and tracking of your orders.

Q?Do you stock these items yourself, or do you just do drop shipping?

We proudly stock 98% of our chrome accessories in house, so shipping and delivery times with us are exceptional. We are not like most other companies on the web that do not stock anything that they advertise. Ordering from these guys means very long delivery times and even higher prices! Some items such as E&G Classics and Tiarra grilles we do not stock as these are custom made to order. If we are ever out of an item you ordered and there is a significant delay in shipping to you, we will let you know immediately and offer you a 10% discount off of your next order!

Q?I live in Australia and want to buy from your site. Do you ship out here?

A.

We do ship to Australia and just about every other country on the planet. If you are logged in to our site and you are unable to purchase a product and check out, that means we cannot ship that item to your country.

Q?Will there be extra customs duties and fees on international shipments?

A.

Most countries do charge customs fees on packages entering their country. Unfortunately we have nothing to do with this and have no control on the amount that you may be charged. We do ship internationally through the US Postal Service which is much cheaper in regards to customs duties than any other shipping service. We also mark down the value of our shipments to help save you money on these taxes.

Q?Can you do overnight or express shipping?

Unfortunately we cannot offer overnight or express shipping. The reason we do not use these services is they have proven to be unreliable and very expensive. What often happens is that we are charged a huge amount but then the package is not in fact delivered the next day. Priority mail is just as fast if you live in the north east of the US. Even if you are on the west coast you should have your item within 3 days with Priority mail. Please note, small items are shipped first class and first class international which is a little slower, but still very reliable. If you are in a rush to get your package just let us know and we will try and ship out the same day, or we may be able to contact our suppliers who are closer to you and have them drop ship direct to get it to you the next day.

Q?I want to install the Chrysler 300 Bentley mesh grille. Do you have installation instructions I can look at to see how difficult it is?

A.

Our 05-2010 Chrysler 300 grilles come with fully illustrated installation instructions. To put these in it is not necessary to remove the front bumper as you can go in from the front. With these instructions anyone can put this grille in, and we even sell the Craftsman tool that is perfect for this job. For the 2011-2013 Chrysler 300 you do have to remove the front bumper, which is not difficult. The video below shows exactly what to do:
